The short version

A jersey is a billboard. Bid it.

Fund The Club is for soccer clubs that have a real kit to print. You list the jersey: chest, sleeves, above the number, below the number, shorts, socks. People bid the spots. You also say Youth, Adult, or Both, and how many jerseys you are making.

Live boards on Home and Discover are real-looking club kits. Inter Nova FC in Dallas stays in Discover if you want that board too. The brand is fundtheclub.com.

The complete terms

The full split

90 / 10 of net

90/10 of the net collected after processing fees. Card fees come off first. After proof is accepted, the club is paid 90% of that net. Fund The Club keeps 10%. Until then the club gets $0.

Example: a $100 bid, about $3.20 in card fees, $96.80 net. After proof: club $87.12, Fund The Club $9.68. Live payouts use the real Stripe fee on that charge.

Held until proof

After a winning bid is charged, Fund The Club holds the money. The club is paid 90% of the net only after proof is accepted: photos of the finished jerseys (not mockups) and a receipt that shows quantity made. 180 days from auction end. No proof: bidders are refunded what they paid minus processing fees. Fund The Club does not keep the 10% on a failed fulfillment.

Featured listing

Optional $100, only when a club is creating a listing. Charged up front. The listing goes live featured only after that payment clears. Pins the kit at the top of Home and Discover until the clock they set ends. Not required. Not shown on the home overview.

Bidders

The club must approve every logo. If they turn yours down, you get a full refund and the spot goes to the next-highest bidder.

Held until the club proves the kit was made. The club has 180 days from auction end to upload photos of the finished jerseys with the winning logos printed on them, and a receipt or invoice for the quantity. If they miss that, or proof is rejected and not fixed in time, you get the amount you paid minus card processing fees. Those fees are gone. The club gets $0.

Clubs

I am authorized to sell these sponsorship spots for this club. Fund The Club holds every winning bid until we upload photos of the finished jerseys with the winning logos printed on them, plus a receipt or invoice that shows we made at least the listed number of jerseys. We have 180 days from auction end. If we miss that, or proof is rejected and not fixed in time, every winning bidder is refunded what they paid minus card processing fees. The club gets $0. Fund The Club does not keep the 10% on a failed fulfillment.
